My client is looking for an experienced Accountant with full cycle bookkeeping duties. You will be responsible for:

·         Processing invoices

·         Preparing monthly and weekly reports

·         Process journal entries

·         Full cycle Accounts Payable and Receivable duties including balance sheet transfers, reconciliations and financial  reporting

·         Reviewing payroll and expense sheets

·         Assist with yearly and month end closing 


·          4+ years of experience as an Accountant with full cycle Bookkeeping responsibilities

·         Accounting Diploma or Certification is required

·         Solid understanding of the accounting and financial reporting principles

·         Excellent knowledge working with Simply Accounting and MS Office

·         ACCA, ACA or CIMA Certification is an asset but not required


Medical Office Assistant

·         Greet new patients and assist them with the initial intake paperwork

·         Completing and submitting insurance forms

·         Managing the day to day operations in the clinic

·         Scheduling and coordinating appointments for the Physician

·         Delivering a high level of customer service to new and existing patients

·         Creating and updating the patients’ health records

·         Verifying insurance policies

·         5+ years of experience working in the medical field with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
