As a Director of Operations, you will:

  • Oversee customer support processes within multiple retail branches
  • Review monthly project forecast and annual budgeting for the company
  • Provide individual development plans and mentoring to management
  • Responsible for business development initiatives while being involved in sales calls including following up on leads generated by various locations. Cold calls and maintenance calls to various types of accounts of all sizes.
  • Examine reports to determine the operational activities of the locations to ensure exceptional performance.
  • Accounts receivable duties such as collections and obtaining revenue reports
  • Front facing for the company while being very interactive with various vendors and management
  • Travelling across Ontario to networking events, conferences and company meetings.
  • Responsible for discovering the most efficient way to maintaining productivity


  • Minimum of 8 years experience in a management/director role, multi location would be an asset
  • Passion for sales with a track record of success
  • Highly energetic and dedicated to the development of the teams in all locations
  • Experience overseeing over multiple branches at a time
