As a Customer Solutions/Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating import shipments and providing exceptional customer solutions to each client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organizing and preparing import documentation for movement by truck from ocean ports in the US
• Creating and maintaining internal work orders
• Following up with customers regarding routing changes, accessorial charges, and freight movement timelines
• Responding to customer’s inquiries and facilitating the resolution of any problems
• Staying up to date on Canadian import regulations and requirements
